We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the
item in cases where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase
and wish to return the product.

This also applies to orders cancelled when the
item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.

The item must be in a re-sellable condition to
qualify for a change of mind refund. Deductions may apply including Initial and
Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 15% of the product price.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and
contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the
wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You are entitled to refund or replacement if an item has a major
problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item
  if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t
  be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item
and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
